Delivered in and installed in late 2015 our new DMU 60 Evo Linear is now fully operational.

The DMU 60 eVo linear succeeds the DMU 50 eVo linear and continues the successful product line. The concept has been re-designed and improved on essential features.

Special feature is the revolutionary design of the X- and Y axis, which are now arranged as Gantry. The short distance of the guide ways guarantees an extremely high and constant rigidity over the whole working area.

Send us your project for a quote today using 5 axis.

During the build up to a big race each team has a set routine to ensure that everything they could possible need [usually on the other side of the world] is right there with them should it be required. During the testing and practice for this years China GP a particular team needed a particular component that had been left behind. This was no trivial 'nice-to-have' piece this was an absolutely vital piece of aerodynamic engineering needed for the DRS [Drag Reduction System] at the rear of the car. They knew exactly who to call . . . "get B-Tech on the phone!"

Drawings were sent to us online, our design office made the necessary checks and quality assurances for the piece and the production line swung into action without any delay. Our state of the art facility produced the part to exacting standards, it passed our quality checking processes and was packed and couriered off to the airport for an immediate flight to China.

We all watched the race with interest that Sunday....... the part performed perfectly!

Actually it is rocket science. B-Tech Engineering have recently been consulting with a world leading manufacturer for the supply of structural components for a series of 6 new geostationary satellites.

We are not at liberty to reveal and exact nature of our involvement or to publish the name of our client but suffice to say that we have been involved in this highly technical project based purely on the technical ability of our full time inspection facility, quality standards, systems, machines and work force.
